Asbestos Laboratory Testing

As part of our comprehensive survey several samples will be taken.

Our specialist team are fully trained to safely take samples from suspected asbestos containing materials with a minimum amount of disruption.

One of the key elements to managing asbestos effectively is to identify the type, condition, location and extent of asbestos containing materials.

Samples are sent to a UKAS accredited asbestos sampling laboratory for analysis. The laboratory will investigate the material to determine both the presence of asbestos fibres and the type of asbestos.

We will then compile a report with photographic evidence along with the Certificate of Analysis from the lab. This report gives you full details on the asbestos.

Once we have carried out the sampling  and presented the report back to you, we can offer a range of additional services including asbestos removal.
